1. Acceptance of Operating Terms

Welcome to the Association Global Economy (AGE) digital platforms. By accessing or using our websites (global-economy.org), research whitepapers, executive briefings, indicators, or summit accreditation portals, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to all terms outlined herein, you must refrain from accessing or utilizing AGE intelligence publications and summit accreditation services.

2. Intellectual Property & Citation Guidelines

All intellectual property published by AGE—including research whitepapers, macroeconomic indicators, policy benchmarks, charts, and summit documentation—is protected under international copyright treaties.

Academic & Media Attribution Policy Journalists, researchers, and public institutions are granted permission to cite or excerpt AGE publications provided clear attribution is given to the "Association Global Economy" along with a direct link to the original whitepaper or policy brief.

3. Delegate Accreditation & Summit Registration

Registration for the Singapore Annual Summit and high-level roundtables is subject to accreditation review by the AGE Executive Board:

  • Accreditation requests are evaluated based on official institutional standing, government delegation authority, or corporate leadership credentials.
  • AGE reserves the right to decline or revoke summit accreditation at its sole discretion for security or diplomatic reasons.
  • Delegates agree to adhere to Chatham House rules during closed executive sessions unless explicitly specified otherwise.

4. Disclaimer of Econometric Warranties

While AGE macroeconomic briefings and indicators are synthesized from authoritative sovereign data (IMF, World Bank, UNCTAD, central bank filings), all forecasts are provided for educational and strategic policy dialogue purposes. AGE does not provide financial or investment advice.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any legal dispute arising out of or in connection with AGE platforms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
